Chuck is not only a great friend, but an incredible realtor. When it was time for us to begin the home search we had heard from several people that the home searching/buying process can be so hard. However, Chuck & his wife Pat, did an incredible job making the entire process seamless & easy!!! We had FUN! He met with us, asked relevant questions, and produced a document that spelled out the pros and cons. When we decided to sell he and Pat made the process both simple and easy . They were always right there when questions needed answers and went way above expectations when things needed to be done that I thought weren't really their responsibility. There's absolutely nothing I could say what the Vosburgh's team could do better. Chuck delivered mulch for my yard the next day after signing the contract. I was provided a complete packing package with boxes, tape and bubble wrap. I was updated constantly. My listing was advertised everywhere and there were several open houses. The was no delays responding to my text and emails. My house sold in 3 weeks! I would highly recommend them if you want your house sold quickly. Complete professionals!
