Chuck and his wife Pat were absolutely fabulous agents. They walked me through every step of buying my new home (my 4th). They made the process easy and very comfortable. If I had a question they had an answer, no matter what time of day or night. My purchase could of gone wrong with inexperienced agents as there were appraisal issues which effected the sales price.
