When I retired (from out of the sunshine state) I had Chuck searching for my next home. He went from condo to condo videotaping each one to view in real time. I found it to be a nice touch. I thank him and his wife Pat for there time in the process. They were there thru every step, very good real estate agents. So I came up with a promo for them. I want to start by telling you how grateful my husband Joe and I were last week.
We planed a trip to Florida to meet a realtor who we had been working with for a month, looking at houses over the internet. We came in town Monday then we found out her mother was very sick. She was unable to help look at any house. We understand, not sure what to do we called our realtor here in Virginia who put out a help request for us.
