Pat and Chuck helped my husband and I buy a new home in Saint Petersburg, while we were still living in Illinois, during the peak of Covid-19 and with very little inventory on the market fitting our needs. We had been searching for months for the right place to live and we were referred to Pat and Chuck through an old colleague. Pat was very helpful in narrowing down the perfect neighborhood or two, for us to keep an eye on and when we saw the listing (for our new home) appear on Zillow, within hours Pat and Chuck toured the home and provided us a very detailed video. We planed a trip to Florida to meet a realtor who we had been working with for a month, looking at houses over the internet. We came in town Monday then we found out her mother was very sick. She was unable to help look at any house. We understand, not sure what to do we called our realtor here in Virginia who put out a help request for us. We were devastated spending a lot of money on airfare, car rental and a hotel for 5 days. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Patricia Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtors. She was so professional and eased our minds she would take care of us. Not only did you show us many homes in different areas. She showed us shopping places, was very helpful and informed us of many other things in the area. I have never met someone as caring, kind, and knowable as Pat Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtor. I recommend this real-estate company to everyone.

I've never met a realtor who went out of there way as much as Chuck to help you. He not only kept me informed on everything during the sale , he came to the house and helped me and my son load items on my truck to move. Chuck also came back later to do a final clean up. You will never find another realtor who will go out of their way as much as Chuck. Chuck and Pat are great people.

Chuck went out of his way to help with the closing by making some minor repairs himself that were requested by the bank. He went above and beyond.
