We planed a trip to Florida to meet a realtor who we had been working with for a month, looking at houses over the internet. We came in town Monday then we found out her mother was very sick. She was unable to help look at any house. We understand, not sure what to do we called our realtor here in Virginia who put out a help request for us. We were devastated spending a lot of money on airfare, car rental and a hotel for 5 days. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Patricia Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtors. She was so professional and eased our minds she would take care of us. Not only did you show us many homes in different areas. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pat & Chuck when they sold our home. They were very professional, gave us great advice and went well beyond what normal agent would do. Our house was sold very quickly without any issues and went very smoothly. At the very end, when we were getting ready to leave, the movers had a scheduling issue moving our car and Chuck jumped right in and took care of it so we could get on the road.
