Chuck & Pat are a fantastic team and their service is top notch. Chuck helped me so much and not just with paperwork and finding a buyer but all the little stressful things that came my way. Chuck handled it all, told me not to worry that is what I have him for and made this the best selling experience…and as a military wife I have had a few moves to compare this one to!

Finally a great house came to the market and Chuck pegged the market price and we were in.
