At the very end, when we were getting ready to leave, the movers had a scheduling issue moving our car and Chuck jumped right in and took care of it so we could get on the road.

It was a very sad time when meeting Chuck and his lovely wife Pat. My brother had passed away suddenly and his house had to be sold. There was so much to do and I had no idea where to start.
One of the neighbors had Chucks number and I called. Chuck and Pat meet us at my convenience and although often I cried and was very confused, they both made me feel at ease and went what I felt was an extra mile to keep me informed of all that needed to be done.
