I want to start by telling you how grateful my husband Joe and I were last week.
We planed a trip to Florida to meet a realtor who we had been working with for a month, looking at houses over the internet. We came in town Monday then we found out her mother was very sick. She was unable to help look at any house. We understand, not sure what to do we called our realtor here in Virginia who put out a help request for us. We were devastated spending a lot of money on airfare, car rental and a hotel for 5 days. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Patricia Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtors. She was so professional and eased our minds she would take care of us. Not only did you show us many homes in different areas. She showed us shopping places, was very helpful and informed us of many other things in the area. I have never met someone as caring, kind, and knowable as Pat Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtor. He was patient and helpful when an unexpected issue came up and stayed with me through resolution.

They are both excellent negotiators and helped us get our new home for the right price. In addition, they monitored the progress of the entire deal and made sure that the closing happened on the date that we had set.
