Things I know could have easily been issues and delays were all seamless. I went into the house once to show it originally to Chuck and never set foot again. There's absolutely nothing I could say what the Vosburgh's team could do better. Chuck delivered mulch for my yard the next day after signing the contract. I was provided a complete packing package with boxes, tape and bubble wrap. I was updated constantly. My listing was advertised everywhere and there were several open houses.
